(...) Rewards don't have to be expensive -- no seven day cruise tickets  are necessary unless the company can afford it and the performance was really, really outstanding!!! What is important is that when you have a special promotion or a busy time  coming up, you get in the habit of planning rewards and doing something about it when you notice your staff doing things right. Inexpensive Ways to Say Thanks For A Job Well Done Almost all  of my customers provide their staff with a small token of appreciation at the end of the every year. Some of these have expressed their thanks in the more typical way, as in a sweatshirt screenprinted with their logo, some sort of travel item, a stainless steel mug and other's have given out coffee mug sets, jackets or luggage. Why use search marketing to promote affiliate programs (10/28/2008)
(...) Some of my campaigns, once established, have earned tens of thousands of dollars a month for months at a time with no changes at all. Try getting a web site to perform like that without constant attention. In short, search marketing is faster, easier, and cheaper than setting up web sites on your own to advertise affiliate programs (although if you already own and operate a successful site, by all means use that site as well).
